The Indicative Masterplan shows how the site could be laid out to accommodate the development.  Vehicular access would be from Witney Street and Wysdom Way. Pedestrian and cycle connections will also be provided from Barns Lane.


A draft illustrative masterplan is presented for comments and shows:


  • Up to 141 extra care residential units

  • Communal facilities

  • Up to 32 affordable homes

  • Associated parking

  • New play/amenity space

  • Associated infrastructure including sustainable drainage and new landscaping

  • Vehicular and pedestrian access 

All matters relating to access, layout, appearance, scale and landscaping will be reserved for future consideration.
